My first career was focused on product development and branding for global brands. As a regional Brand Manager of a 1bn$+ global brand, I was instrumental in developing a wellbeing product performance claim, that has surpassed its first decade and is still used by the brand.
As a New Product Development Manager I developed food products from design concept through all stages of product development including business model and contributing to Good Manufacturing Practices procedures and HACCP.
During my MBA degree studies my favourite module was ‘Creativity, Innovation and Change’, reflecting my passion for developing new products.

Over the last 15 years I have acquired an expert level of knowledge in wellbeing, herbal medicine, functional medicine and testing, healthy eating and natural products. I focus on fertility, perimenopause, hormonal health.
I’m a co-author of the chapter ‘Herbal Medicine for Mental Health’ in “Neal’s Yard Mental Wellness Companion” by Dorling Kindersley, 2021, where I review over 30 medicinal plants for mental wellbeing.
Having developed an exclusive range of herbal products for a wellness business in London, I’m currently working with a manufacturing company in the UK on an innovative range of herbal products to be launched as an independent brand.
