Fertility Orientation Package, £280
Orientation Package is aiming to discuss your current situation including your partner, review existing lab tests and suggest an optimal holistic fertility pathway including suite of functional laboratory investigations: genetic, hormonal, microbiological, nutrigenomic etc. relevant for your situation.
It starts with 15 minutes free investigation call, where I will listen to your story and share my view of potential approach to your situation.
If you are happy with my proposal we progress to the Fertility Orientation Package which includes:
- 1h x 2 in-depth health review with each partner, booked separately
- written fertility optimisation plan, including bespoke herbal prescription and other natural support like vitamins and minerals, food and life style recommendations.
- 30 minutes plan discussion via zoom call.
The package is payable in full after free 15 minutes call
via an invoice. Tests, herbs and supplements are paid for separately, 10% discount for UK/EU patients on supplements.
If you feel that you need support to implement the changes, you may choose to proceed to my bespoke ‘Making babies’ 12 Week package for couples , Starting at £ 300/1 month for 3 months for a couple, payable monthly.
Suitable for most health related issues, especially if you are looking for starting your journey into complementary health care and would like to know what natural medicine has to offer for your situation.
It includes:
- Pre consultation questionnaire
- 60 minutes in depth health review
- written 1-2 support plan, including bespoke herbal prescription and other natural support, like vitamins and minerals, relevant functional testing, food and life style recommendations.
The consultation is payable in full prior the appointment via an invoice. Tests, herbs and supplements are paid for separately.
If you feel that you need support to implement the changes, we can discuss a bespoke 12 weeks support package, similar to the ones I offer for Perimenopause.
This consultation is not suitable for those, trying to conceive, please choose a dedicated service I offer.

Follow-up health review is scheduled individually in 4-6 weeks after the initial consultation.
It includes:
- 30 minuteshealth review

The consultation is payable in full prior the appointment via an invoice.
Tests, herbs and supplements are paid for separately.

Certified Lifecode GX Nutrigenomics Practitioner
As a stand alone service it begins with 15 minutes Free call, where we discuss if this service is suitable for you.
One test with written and 45 minutes analysis is £349 payable at the moment of test order.
The test is ready in 10-15 working days.
Extra report is +£179 and extra 15 minutes consultation.
The types of the reports needed are to be determined individually.
‘Five Element Emotional Balance Coaching’® Session,

Emotions are not just superficial evidence of passing feelings. Emotions are the messengers of deeper imbalances in physiology, psychology and life’s strategies. They alert us to matters which need to be addressed.
The Taoist Five Element framework allows us to look at the interconnected web of symptoms, organ functions and emotions.
There are 2 options for this session:
A. Active participation emotional coaching,
based on Taoist Five Element Philosophy and Medical Intuition.

B. Distant/in person healing session, based on Five Element philosophy, protocols and energetic qualities of plants, aka Plant Spirit Medicine.
It is offered to my current patients only: based on your personal situation, it is offered n one of the 2 formats as per above.
Session duration is 1 h, it is offered via ZOOM and in person in my clinic in Horsham, at a special rate of £60.

This service is particularly useful if someone is pursuing a specific food philosophy (e.g. plant based), are going through a transition phase (e.g. perimenopause) or trying to conceive to ensure that they are not missing vital ingredients.
If you choose to proceed, you will need to fill in a questionnaire to assess your health status and goals.
You will be sent an invite for a special app, where you will be uploading everything you eat and drink for 7 days, using a user friendly interface, with million of preloaded barcodes for UK.
Once this is completed, I will prepare a report using s specialist software and write a separate written Support Plan, addressing nutritional gap, primarily via changes in diet, which we will discuss via a 30-45 minute Zoom call.
The Support Plan may include bespoke herbal prescription and other natural support, like vitamins and minerals, relevant functional testing, food and life style recommendations, where appropriate.
The consultation is payable in full prior the appointment via an invoice. Tests, herbs and supplements are paid for separately.
